Work made by students, for the Arboretum and UCF community
Each semester, LxL Interns across our teams contribute real work to the UCF Arboretum, from managing natural lands and producing social media content to building apps and designing outreach campaigns. Under the guidance of Arboretum staff mentors, interns move through a stepped leadership progression, growing from participants into co-creators who shape the direction of their team’s work. Whether it’s maintaining pollinator gardens, tracking stormwater compliance, or developing digital tools for the campus community, every project reflects the dedication and creativity of UCF students working to make a lasting difference at the Arboretum and beyond. This page showcases the projects and initiatives they’ve delivered!
