Farm to Table Cooking Demonstration

The Arboretum through partnerships with Wellness and Health Promotion Services and Rosen School of Hospitality Management, is able to offer and host educational cooking demonstrations.These cooking demos offer participants the opportunity to learn how to make incorporate fruits and vegetables from the community garden into their diets. By exposing them to the process, allowing them to taste and eat the dish, and sending them home with produce and/or a recipe, the amount of food waste decreases.
