We want all of our guests to feel welcome here at the UCF Arboretum with full accessibility to our Arboretum park. With our all-terrain wheelchair, we’re excited to open up more of our natural spaces for everyone to explore!
At this time, our all terrain-wheelchair is only available during operating hours, Monday through Friday at 9am – 4pm. In the case of inclement weather, certain areas will be restricted due to muddy terrain. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to arboretum@ucf.edu.
To request access of the all-terrain wheel chair, follow these steps:

Click below to fill out the request form and liability waiver, preferably one week prior to your arrival. Please note this is a request and not a guarantee, as to avoid double-booking and ensure the wheelchair has sufficient charge for each guest.

After you receive an email confirmation of your reservation, please arrive to the Arboretum and Sustainability Office during your reserved time slot.

At arrival, ensure you have a valid ID and confirmation email ready and a team member will check you in.

- Stay on designated paths
- Handle the equipment responsibly
- Notify a team member via walkie-talkie for any assistance
