Join Us for Arbor Day!

Join us for a fun-filled day at the Arboretum Park as we celebrate Arbor Day! We’ll be hosting the event with a special Arbor Day planting of our new bog, Bohlen’s Bog, in honor of our former director, Dr. Patrick Bohlen. Take a stroll through our Greenhouse and Public Farm and Garden, where you can explore the spaces and interact with our Learning by Leading (LxL) interns and staff. Don’t miss our clothing swap event, where you can participate and find something new! Come learn what makes us a certified Tree Campus and celebrate the beauty of nature with us!

Pro Tip: Remember to wear closed-toed shoes and bring a reusable water bottle!

List of activities includes: Live Planting, Dendrochronology Demonstration, Stormwater Tabling, Tree Cookie Painting, Greenhouse Tour, Farm Tour, Swap Shop.
