  • Must log in with NID and password and “Join” our page to view shifts. Once a shift has been selected and clicked on, RSVP must be set to “Yes.” We post our volunteer shifts on a monthly basis and new shifts will be posted towards the end of the month. We post on our social media pages when new shifts are open so keep an eye out there for announcements.

  • Once you log into KnightConnect, click on your profile in the top right. Click “Service Hours” then select the blue “Add Service Hours” button. From there fill in the details, with the name of the team’s shift you were on for “Description.” Verification contact is Kelsie.johnson@ucf.edu

 

  • Change your RSVP to “No” as soon as you know you cannot make it to the shift.
  • Email Arboretum@ucf.edu to notify and explain why you could no longer make it.
  • Our volunteer shifts are in high demand and fill up quickly, so we appreciate you adjusting your RSVP as soon as possible.

 

 

  • Intern applications open in October for the following Spring semester, and in March for the following Fall semester. We post on our social media pages when applications are open.

 

  • Use a plant identification app such as iNaturalist.
