Jean Dell graduated from Valencia Community College with a degree in Horticulture and has since been heavily involved in the Central Florida industry. After greaduating she gained experience in propagation, interior-scaping and garden retail. Jean then managed Brown's Edgewood Gardens where she founded the Herb Society of Central Florida, which is still thriving today. She joined the Arboretum's team in June 2010 where she works with volunteers, helps to manage the Community Garden and serves to assist in other programs.
